Through using the method of literature review and logical analysis,it discusses theorital basis of inevitability about interactive cooperation of government and non-governmental organization in public sports service.Government and non-governmental organizations are established as a kind of interactive and cooperative relationship,playing a significant part in improving the quantity and quality of public sports service supply such as strengthening service-oriented government and promoting non-governmental organizations and the reform of sports undertaking.
