重智轻德是我国中小学教育存在的重要问题,也是中小学教育内部失衡的表现。重智轻德导致青少年道德素质低下,给社会发展和人的发展带来巨大的危害。当前重智轻德主要是受功利主义教育价值取向、人才选拔制度以及"学历社会"倾向的影响。要解决中小学教育重智轻德问题,实现教育均衡发展,可以从以下几个方面着手:树立科学的教育观念;改革考试制度;确定科学的人才观念和社会用人制度。
