摘要
工学交替人才培养模式是学习和工作实践交替进行的一种人才培养模式。五年制高职教育可充分利用学制特点,有效推动工学交替的实践,对培养合格的实用型人才具有重要的意义。
Talents＇ training mode with work-study alternation is one talents＇ training mode to complement alternation of study and work practice.Higher vocational education in five years can make full use of the characteristics of educational system,effectively driving the practice of work-study alternation,which plays an important role in cultivating eligible applicable talents.
