摘要
对高职学生进行挫折教育体现了高职人才培养目标的育人理念,有利于全面提升高职学生素质能力。目前高职院校学生抗挫折能力较弱,教师有意识地进行挫折教育引导与专项教育也不够全面、系统。鉴于此,要积极开展高职学生挫折教育并有意识加以引导,尊重学生自身特点,遵循教育基本原则,从思想政治理论课堂、不同的高职学生群体、校园文化建设及教师队伍挫折教育意识培训等方面入手,深入探究高职学生挫折教育的有效途径。
Making frustration education for higher vocational students reflects the educational concept of higher vocational talents' training goal,benefit for increasing quality ability of higher vocational students fully.At present students' frustration ability is relatively weak in higher vocational students.It is not enough and systematic for teachers to carry out frustration education guidance and subject education consciously.Consequently,it should actively develop higher vocational students' frustration education and guide consciously.It should respect students' own characteristics and follow the educational basic principle,starting from the classroom of ideological and political theory,different groups of higher vocational students,the construction of campus culture and the cultivation of frustration educational awareness for teaching staff to study the effective approach of higher vocational students' frustration education.
