摘要
根据内蒙古电力调度交换网的实际情况,制定了内蒙古电力调度中心程控交换设备与各变电站和地区调度进行组网互联的建设方案。方案将内蒙古电力调度程控交换网划分为3层网络结构进行建设:以2台远东哈里斯IXP-2000型程控交换机通过双机同组的方式构建核心网络;通过2Mbit/s数字中继连接将500kV变电站和地区调度作为二级汇接中心,组成若干个三角环形成中坚网络;以各电厂和220kV变电站作为三级交换终端,分别就近与第二层网络结构中的500kV变电站或者地区调度通过多种通信方式形成内蒙古电力调度程控交换网的底层网络。
According to actual situation of inner Mongolia electric power dispatching switching network, construction program of network interconnection between programmed switching equipment of Inner Mongolia electric power dispatching center and each substation, and regional dispatching network has been developed. Program will be implemented with which Inner Mongolia electric power programmed dispatching switching network will be divided into three-layer network structure construction: 2 Far East Harris IXP-2000 programmed switches will be built core network through dual in the same group; 500 kV substation and regional dispatch center will be constructed as two tandem center through 2 Mbit/s digital trunk connection, composing of several triangular ring loop to form a backbone network; to various power plants and 220 kV substation as three exchange terminal, respectively, nearest 500 kV substation in the second layer of the network structure or underlying network of regional dispatch through formation of Inner Mongolia electric power dispatching programmed switching network to a variety of means of communication.
