摘要
针对传统交流采样测量装置的校验方式存在带电作业易形成安全事故、现场检验周期长、现场校验工作量大、在检测周期不能及时发现故障等问题,设计开发了交流采样测量装置实时误差监测系统。该系统利用计算机和网络技术控制回路切换装置,对变电站内的多个回路进行循环检测校验,被校验线路切换到标准表输入回路后,用控制标准表进行测量,并获取实时标准测量数据,包括电压、电流、功率、功率因数、频率以及相位等,将标准表采集的实时测量数据与交流采样测量装置测量的被校验线路的电参数测量数据进行比较,记录误差计算值,实现被校验回路交流采样测量装置实时误差监测。该监测系统安装于内蒙古呼和浩特供电局武川农电局220kV变电站。经过近两年的运行证明,监测系统实现了在线实时误差监测,提高了工作效率和校验的准确性、实时性。
In accordance with issues on safety incidents which are easily to form in live working for traditional sample measurement device calibration, long term on-site inspection cycle, heavy workload of site calibration, and failures which can not be found in timely manner between cycle detections, and other issues, this AC sampling measuring device in real time error monitoring system has been designed and developed. This system uses a computer and network technology control loop switching device, to make loop detection check and calibration in several substation circuit loops. When calibrated circuit switches to standard metering input circuit, it will take measurement to standard metering, circuit to obtain real-time standard measuring parameter, factor, frequency, phase, metering circuit will be etc. Real-time standard compared with calibrated including voltage, current, power, power measurement data collected from standard circuit electric parameters values measured by AC sample measuring device. Error value of calibration circuit is recorded and real-time error monitoring to AC sampling measuring device in calibrated loop has been realized.
