配电网小型作业现场安全管控措施分析

Analysis to Safety Control and Management Measures at Small Work Site of Distribution Network

结合配电网小型作业现场几起人身伤害事故,分析认为配电网管理存在着维护人员少、技能水平低、安全意识淡薄、违章作业等问题,提出规范配电网作业现场管理制度、健全现场安全保障体系及考核体系、加大现场检查力度、加大人员培训力度等措施,提升配电网作业安全管理水平。

Through detailed analysis and investigation to several personal injury accident at small work site of distribution network, a lot of issues, such as less maintenance personnel, low level of skills, safety consciousness and illegal operations existed in distribution network management. This thesis proposes measures on refining network professional management, increasing maintenance personnel after systematic training, reinforcing momentum to inspection by leaders at site, and sending multiple batches personnel to conduct systematic training and other measures, to enhance distribution network management level on operational safety.
