摘要
神华亿利能源有限责任公司4×200MW循环流化床锅炉机组正压浓相气力除灰系统管道补气环频繁发生漏灰,导致停用检修,频繁更换补气环,造成经济损失,影响系统安全可靠运行。经分析,原因为补气环结构设计以及制造工艺不合理。对补气环进行了改造,改进了补气方式,有效解决了频繁发生漏灰的问题。
Ash leakage is frequently occurred at gas supplying ring of pipelines to pneumatic dense phase ash conveying system for 4×200 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler units, Shenhua Yili Energy Company, to lead to outage for maintenance. Gas supplying ring is frequently replaced, economic loss is caused and system safety and reliable operation is seriously influenced. With investigation and analysis, main reason is unreasonable structural design and fabrication technology to gas supplying ring. After retrofit to gas supplying ring and improve to gas supply mode, issues of frequent ash leakage has been effectively solved.
