摘要
研究气密性增进剂SD1517在子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用。试验结果表明,在轿车和全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶中加入气密性增进剂SD1517,并适当减小操作油的用量,气密层胶工艺性能和气密性改善,物理性能和成品轮胎性能变化不大,生产成本降低。
The application of air tightness enhancer SD1517 in inner liner compound of radial tire was studied.The results showed that,with SD1517 in inner liner compound of passenger car radial tire and truck and bus radial tire,and reducing the addition level of processing oil properly,the processabi-lity and air tightness of inner liner compound were improved,the physical properties of compound and performance of finished tire changed little,and the production cost decreased.
