美国社会情绪学习课程选介——“促进选择性思维策略”课程 被引量:7

摘要 情绪能力是个体对自己和他人情绪进行识别、解释和建设性地反应的必要社会技能,对个体积极发展与适应起重要作用。美国的社会情绪学习(SEL)将提升中小学生情绪能力作为重要内容,通过该课程可以有效减少学生的不良情绪与行为,改善社会适应。本文介绍了PATHS项目的理论、课程内容及效果,这对我国中小学情绪课程设计具有重要的借鉴与启示意义。
