人乳头瘤病毒感染患者阴道灌洗液中干扰素-γ和白细胞介素-4表达的研究 被引量:5

摘要 人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染十分普遍,其病变亦有自限性和可逆性,只有少部分持续性感染。有研究认为持续性高危型HPV感染导致宫颈病变和宫颈癌发生,使得HPV感染在宫颈癌及其癌前病变的早期检测、早期处理及随访中具有更重要的意义。HPV感染后存在机体免疫系统的变化,尤其是阴道局部免疫的变化在HPV感染的转归中有重要作用[1]。为探讨HPV感染后阴道局部免疫的变化,我们检测了HPV患者阴道灌洗液中细胞因子水平,现报告如下。
