改良压迫止血法在股动脉介入术后止血效果观察 被引量：7

摘要 经皮动脉穿刺行介入诊疗已被临床广泛应用,而在多种动脉途径中,股动脉以管腔粗大、不易痉挛、体表投影清晰、易于穿刺等优点被常规采用,但压迫不当易出现迷走神经反射、局部血肿、假性动脉瘤形成[1]。这些并发症严重影响患者的身心健康及疾病的康复[2],因而术后如何对穿刺点进行安全、舒适、简易、经济的止血,就成为介入医生和患者共同关心的问题。为了减少股动脉介入术后的不良反应,增强患者舒适度,我们对传统的弹力绷带加压包扎法做了些改进,
