水平弯管内气固两相流的试验研究与数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 在低压浓相气力输送试验系统中,采用石膏粉为输送物料,进行水平弯管气力输送试验,并采用ANSYS软件对水平弯管气力输送进行数值模拟。通过试验,得出弯管的压力降随弯曲角度的增大而增大、随曲率半径的增大而减小的变化规律,并拟合出压力降与各输送特性参数之间的理论关联式;模拟结果显示,随着弯曲角度的增大,弯管内侧与外侧的压强之比愈来愈大;固相与气相的分布梯度更加明显,固相偏向外侧,气相偏向内侧,呈现更加复杂的紊流。 Experiments of low-pressure dense-phase pneumatic conveying using gypsum powders as transporting material were car- ried out in a horizontal elbow pipe, and numerical simulation about the horizontal elbow pipe was implemented by ANSYS software. Ex- perimental results show that the pressure drop increases with the angle of the horizontal elbow pipe increasing, and decreases with the radius of curvature increasing. A theoretical relationship is obatined between pressure drop and parameters. Simulation results show that, with the increase of the bending angle, the ratio of pressure inside and outside increases ; the solid-phase and gas-phase concentration gradient becomes more and more apparent,with the solid phase moving to the outerside and the gas phase to the inside so that forms a more complex disordered flow.
