摘要
目的:应用间接测量法测定自行车不同速度的能量消耗情况并建立骑车能耗预测方程。方法:选取健康成年人158名,年龄为20-30岁之间,其中女性78名,男性80名,使用CORTEX-3B(德国)便携式气体代谢仪测量受试者骑车过程中的耗氧量。结果及结论:耗氧量随运动强度增加而增加,相同骑速下男性耗氧量高于女性,超重人群耗氧量高于低体重和正常体重人群,正常体重和低体重间的差异无统计学意义。建立骑车能耗回归方程:VO2(ml/min)=96.653speed+10.625FFM-85.735gender-708.550,R2=0.704,P<0.01,该方程能较好的预测日常生活中的骑车的能量消耗值。
Objective: To measure the energy expenditure of cycling at different speed using the indirect calorimeter and establish an equation of oxygen consumption.Methods: A total of 158 healthy adults(80males and 78 females) at the age of 20-30years were enrolled in this study,the energy expenditure of cycling was measured using a portable respiratory gas analyzer system(CORTEX-3B,Germany).Results and Conclusion: The oxygen consumption increased with exercise intensity.At the same speed,the oxygen consumption of male was higher than the female,the oxygen consumption was higher in overweight people than in low weight and normal weight groups,but no difference was found between low weight people and normal weight people.The energy expenditure regression equation of cycling:VO2(ml / min) = 96.653speed+10.625FFM-85.735gender-708.550,R2 = 0.704,P 0.01.The equation was able to estimate the energy expenditure of cycling accurately.
