摘要
我们研究现代高水平排球的身体体能需求,力量是排球技术和其他身体素质的基础,细化力量训练,提高排球对不同力量的需求,使力量训练更有针对性。提高排球体能素质训练方法既需要继承传统杠铃训练手段,又要结合核心力量训练新理念,提高排球所需各种弹跳是排球身体体能的核心;并学习运用"跳深"训练方法,以及开发"模仿"训练的手段,全面提高排球体能素质。我们研究现代高水平排球身体体能综合训练的内容和特征,使我们进一步分清排球体能训练方法的四个范畴,更加科学合理的运用各种训练手段,提高排球身体体能训练水平。
We studied of the physical requirements in current advanced volleyball,and found that strength is the foundation of volleyball technique and proposed various training methods for strength improvement.In particular,following the core strength training philosophy and combining the conventional barbell training method with the deep jumping method,we developed new model training method to improve jumping ability.We also studied the characteristics of comprehensive physical conditioning in order to be able to scientifically apply various training methods therefore to improve the volleyball level.
