盐城市体育场馆现状分析与联动发展思路举措

The Research on Present Condition and Countermeasure about The Stadium Building in Yancheng City

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、个案分析法,结合第5次全国体育场地普查有关数据,对盐城市体育场馆建设与管理现状进行对比研究。盐城市地处江苏省经济欠发达的苏北地区,其体育场地建设及管理状况在苏北经济欠发达地区具有代表性。盐城市现有体育场馆存在问题主要是:数量不足,人均体育场地面积较少,体育场馆分布及场馆类型结构不够合理,现有体育场馆的使用率也不高。从发挥政府作用、拓宽投资渠道、新建场地规划、体育资源共享等方面提出对策建议。对于经济欠发达地区而言,由于体育场馆建设经费有限,所以体育场馆建设与使用应该走联动发展的道路,合理开发和使用现有各类体育场地。

Appling heritage data method,questionnaire investigation method,statistics method,individual cases analysis method,and referencing the 5th national stadium census data,this article researches the present condition of the stadium building developments and management in Yancheng city.This city lies in the north of Jiangsu province.It is undeveloped in economy.The condition of its stadium is alike with the other non-prosperous region of the country.The current problems of stadium in this city primarily exists in these aspects： Quantity shortage,the stadium surface each person owing is limited,the stadium building distributes and its type construction is not reasonable,the current stadium building＇s usage rate is not high.Owing to the undeveloped region budget limited,we should use and develop reasonably the current various stadium ground.
