摘要
针对边疆地区医疗纠纷"三多一急"的趋势,通过抓教育、抓管理、抓预防、抓素质,强化内部管理;通过加强沟通教育,建立健康和谐医患关系;发挥医德医风监督员、医疗服务巡视员、满意度调查员的作用,建立内外结合、覆盖面广的监督网络,推动医院服务质量不断提升,有效防范了医疗纠纷的发生。
The "Three more and one pressing" tendency in medical disputes was often seen at central hospitals in border areas,through the programs on education,management,prevention and quality control,internal management can be strengthened.Through close communication,a healthy harmonious doctor-patient relationship can be established.The ethical supervisors and the medical service inspectors should establish a supervision network with the coverage internal and external aspects to improve the quality of hospital services,thus preventing medical disputes.
