Judet固定架内固定结合术后机械通气治疗创伤性连枷胸32例

摘要 目的探讨Judet固定架内固定结合术后机械通气治疗创伤性连枷胸的方法与效果。方法回顾分析采用Judet固定架内固定结合术后机械通气患者32例临床资料。结果 32例患者中29例治愈(90.6%),3例死亡(9.4%);平均固定3.8根肋骨;平均入住ICU时间为8.6 d,平均机械通气时间11.9 d,平均住院天数为28.6 d。结论采用Judet固定架内固定结合术后机械通气可缩短连枷胸患者使用呼吸机辅助呼吸的时间和入住ICU时间,缩短患者的住院时间,间接减少住院费用,对改善呼吸功能和预后有重要的意义。 Objective To explore the methods and effiency of Judet fixation combined with postoperative mechanical ventilation for the treatment of traumatic flail chest.Methods Retrospective analysis of 32 cases of flail chest which were treated with Judet fixa- tion combined with postoperative mechanical ventilation. Results The cure rate was 90.6% cases of cure (29/32)and mortality were 9.4% (3/32). The average fix 3.8 ribs, the average ICU stay time is 8.6 days; the average duration of mechanical ventilation is 11.9 days; the average staytime in hospital is 28.6 days. Conclusion Internal fixation with the Judet fixation combined with postoperative mechanical ventilation can shorten the machine-assisted breathing time of flail patients. It can also shorten the ICU staytime and hospi- tal staytime of flail patients, reduce the hospital medical expenses indirectly and improve the respiratory function and prognosis have important means.
