摘要
数控机床种类较多,配备系统也是参差不齐,因此故障的类型也是多种多样,这对从事数控机床维修的人员无疑是一项新的挑战。阐述了数控机床一般出现的故障类型与维修方法,让维修人员对数控机床的故障诊断有一个整体的认识,从而对出现的故障进行快速准确的维修。以配备广州数控GSK928T系统的CJK6132数控车床为载体,主要说明进给系统X向尺寸不稳的产生原因,及相应的故障表现形式,并通过实例说明诊断与维修技术方法与流程。
There are many kinds of CNC machine tools,which equipped with the system is uneven,therefore the fault type is various,which engaged in CNC machine tool repair personnel is undoubtedly a new challenge.This paper describes the CNC machine tools general faults and repair method,let the repair personnel to CNC machine fault diagnosis has an overall knowledge,thus to a fault for fast and accurate repair.Equipped with Guangzhou GSK928T CJK6132 NC lathe NC system as the carrier,the feed system of X dimension instability causes,and the corresponding failure forms,and through an example of diagnosis and repair techniques and processes.
