近年来,群体性突发事件时有发生,其范围不断扩大,涉及民众较为广泛,处理难度逐渐加大,已经成为影响广西社会管理的一个热点与难点问题。因此针对广西群体性突发事件的现状、成因进行深入分析,并探索解决广西群体性突发事件的解决路途,对维护社会稳定,构建和谐社会,实现富民兴桂的总体目标,促进广西经济社会良性发展具有重要意义。

In recent years,mass incidents has frequently occurred,which expanding its scope,involving the public more widely,gradually increasing the difficulty of handling for government.Now,it has been a hot and difficult problem impacting on the social management in Guangxi.Therefore,researching the causes and the status of mass emergency in Guangxi,also,exploring the way of solutions for the mass emergencies,doing help to these things such as maintaining social stability,building a harmonious society,realizing the overall goal of enriching and promoting the Guangxi′s economic even been a great significance for the social positive development.
