Sticking to Reform and Innovation While Strengthening Practice Teaching to Further Improve the Quality of Talent Cultivation

培养大学生的实践能力、创新创业能力,提高创新精神是当前高等教育的重大课题。太原理工大学改革与创新实践教学,在改善实践教学条件、构建实践教学体系、加强实践教学管理、改善实践教学师资队伍等方面实行了一系列改革举措。

For the current higher education,it is a major task to cultivate students＇ practice innovation and entrepreneurial ability so as to raise the innovative spirit. Combining with the practical teaching of Taiyuan University of Technology,this paper points out the importance of the practical teaching in talent fostering, by summarizing some measures ranging from the improving practical teaching conditions, the construction of practice teaching system, strengthening the practice teaching management to improving the teaching staff and other aspects, with the exploration about the problems and countermeasures in current practical teaching.
