摘要
针对火电厂海水脱硫系统,从理论上分析了影响脱硫效率的因素,影响脱硫效率的主要因素有:入炉煤的硫分、GGH漏风系数、旁路挡板的严密性、吸收塔的液气比、散堆填料的比表面积、喷淋密度以及烟气温度等。并针对某炉脱硫系统存在的脱硫效率偏差、脱硫效率低以及GGH堵灰等问题进行了综合分析,对提高脱硫效率提出了处理方法及治理措施。
To the sea-water desulfurization system of a thermal power plant,the factors influencing the desulfurization efficiency are analyzed,which include the sulfur components,GGH air coefficient,the rigor of the bypass block,the liquid/gas proportion of the absorption tower,the surface area of the random packing,the spray density and smoke temperature.For the practical desulphurization systems,we make the comprehensive analysis of the problems such as desulfurized efficiency offset,low efficiency and GGH plugging,and give some control methods to improve the desulfurization efficiency.
