摘要
针对C-4D型摩擦焊接机床的结构特点,应用HyperWorks软件建立该机床的有限元分析模型,通过ANASYS软件分析,给出了机床的前5阶固有频率和相应振型。并用实验模态分析验证了该有限元模型,指出了影响该机床动态特性的薄弱部位,为机床的结构优化设计提供了理论依据。
To the structural characteristics of C-4D type friction welding machine,the finite element model of the machine is established with HyperWorks software to get the five natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes through ANASYS.The experiments verify the model and point out the weak parts influencing the dynamics of the machine,and offer the theoretical basis for the structural optimization and design.
