摘要
研究了不同土壤水分状况下植物叶片光合速率和水分利用特性对环境变化的响应,分别在固定CO2浓度和光强下,测定了2种供水强度条件下灌浆期冬小麦旗叶光合速率对光强和CO2浓度的响应。结果表明,高水分处理(CK)与低水分处理(WS)的光响应曲线差异较小,而CO2响应曲线差异显著;气孔导度和蒸腾速率均随CO2浓度升高而降低,WS处理反应较CK处理敏感;CK的水分利用效率略高于WS,但差别不大,低度水分胁迫不会对冬小麦水分利用的生理机制产生严重影响。
In the paper,photosynthetic response to light intensity and CO2 concentration of flag leaf in winter wheat under different water treatments was studied in filling stage.And different water controls were designed for no water stress(CK) and water stress(WS).Results showed that there was no difference in photosynthetic parameters between CK and WS treatments.However,there was significant difference in CO2 response curves.Stomata conductance and transpiration both decreased as CO2 concentration increased and WS is more sensitive than CK.Water use efficiency of CK was slightly higher than that of WS,which indicated that low water stress has not make much effect on physiological mechanism of winter wheat.
