摘要
中等职业教育师资的培养,对于中等职业教育的健康可持续发展举足轻重。广西中职师资培养尚存在一些问题,应以职教师资科研能力为重点,提升职教师资培养的层次;积极探索"三方共建"新模式,提高职师专业设置的适切性;以"双师型"师资培养为目标增强职师生的动手能力。
The teachers' training of secondary vocational schools occupies a decisive position for secondary vocational schools' healthy and sustainable development. Nevertheless,there are still some problems of that in Guangxi. To change this Situation, the focus should be the vocational teachers' research ability improvment;exploring actively the new mode of "tripartite build" to improve the appropriateness of vocational teachers' profession. Besides,"double-qualified" teachers should be the purpose,so as to enhance the practical ability of the vocational teachers and students.
