摘要
研究实践高职药学专业"订单式"人才培养,探讨高职药学教育发展。实践证明,"订单式"人才培养实现了企业、学校、学生"三赢",是未来高职高专教育发展一个重要方向。
Exploration and practice in cultivation of＂talent order＂, this paper probes into the development in pharmacy major of higher vocational school. The cultivation of＂talent order＂makes enterprises, schools and students all get a share in the profits and is an important direction for future higher vocational education.
