The article summarized the problems existing in the teaching process of engineering mechanics. New teaching and learning mode was proposed, and was practiced in the teaching process. Reform effects analysis indicated that new teaching mode can promote the interests in learning professional knowledge,it can also play a decisive role in follow-up courses for students studying.
