当前许多高职院校存在着学生的"知识"与"技能"脱节、"素质"与"技能"脱节的困境。高职院校的学生究竟应该具备哪些方面的职业素养才能更好地适应当前市场需求,这是高等职业院校的教育者应该深入探讨与着力解决的问题。本文以南宁职业技术学院实施学生素养提升工程为案例,探讨了高职院校如何提高高职学生的职业素养等问题。
