摘要
根据高校教师的职业特点,加强高等学校教师的管理对提高高等教育的质量十分重要。美国高校教师管理的做法,对我国高校目前正在开展的岗位设置和人员聘用工作提供有益的启示。
It is significant to enhance teacher management for improving the quality of higher education according the professional properties of college teachers. The effective measure of teacher management adopted from American universities shows great implications to the teaching post appointment system in colleges and universities in China.
