试论我国行政监督的缺失与完善

我国的行政监督在不断发展完善,特别是改革开放以来,行政监督取得很大进步,在建设有中国特色市场经济过程中,我国建立起了初具规模的行政监督制度,但是在各种因素的影响下,行政监督体制还不够完善,存在一系列的问题。行政监督机构地位不高,监督主体未能形成合力,行政监督立法不健全,监督人员的合法权益缺乏有力保障,这些问题都需要在深化改革进程中进一步完善。

China＇s administrative supervision work has been in the continuous development aud improvement, especially sincereformingandopening, administrative supervisionworkhasmadegreat progress, in building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the process of market economy, and our countryhas establisheda scale of the administrative supervision system, but under the influence of various factors, the administrative supervision system is still not perfect, and there are a series of problem. Administrative supervision mechanism position is not high, the main body of supervision fails to formresultant force, administrative supervision, inadequate legislation, supervision and personnel of the legitimate rights and interests of the lack of strong security. All these problems need further improvementindeepeningreformprocess.
