摘要
孟子的仁政学说中蕴含着丰富的法律思想。孟子提出了许多体现"仁政"的主张,主要内容包括:制民恒产,教以人伦,轻徭薄敛,取民有制,为政在人等,本文就孟子的仁政学说分析孟子的法律思想。
