摘要
运行参数解耦困难是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉燃烧自动控制难以投运的关键。以唐山东方发电有限公司(简称东方电厂)1号CFB锅炉为例,通过分析燃烧变量参数的耦合关系及控制策略,建立了CFB锅炉热效率计算模型和控制参数多项式耦合模型,并利用热效率模型对CFB锅炉变工况运行参数筛选,获得各运行负荷高效率控制方案;利用多项式模型对运行参数进一步耦合解析,获得机组负荷与给煤量、平均床温和一、二次风配比等参数的函数关系,并利用此关系式编制了考评计算程序,实时获得锅炉变工况条件下燃烧变量参数目标值。研究结果可为CFB锅炉实现燃烧自动控制提供技术参考。
Decoupling difficulties of operating parameters is the key point that combustion automatic control of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is difficult to put into operation. Taking tangshan dongfang power generation CO. LTD ( referred as DongFang Power Plant) No. 1 CFB boiler for example, By analyzing the coupling relationship and control strategies of combustion variable parameters, CFB boiler thermal efficiency calculation model and the polynomial coupling model of control parameters were established. Using thermal efficiency model to filter operating parameters under changing conditions in the CFB boiler, it was obtained that the high efficiency control programs under various running loads; Using the polynomial model to carry on further coupling analysis of operating data, obtained the functional relation between the boiler unit load, coal consumption, mean bed temperature, primary air ratio and secondary air ratio. Then the assessment calculation program was compiled based on the function to get the target values of burning variable parameters in real-time under variable conditions. The research results can provide technical reference for CFB boiler to realize combustion automatic control.
