某厂超临界600 MW定子绕组水内冷发电机在投产3年后,定子上下层线棒槽层间温差逐渐升高,发电机定子线棒进、出水差压高达340 kPa,详细介绍了采用碱洗+酸洗+漂洗钝化的复合清洗工艺。经化学清洗后,定子上下层线棒槽层间温差趋于正常,发电机定子线棒进、出水差压下降至合理值,保证了发电机的安全运行。
