大力发展惠州市汽车零部件产业的对策研究

The Development of Auto Parts Industry and Countermeasure in Huizhou City

目前,惠州市已初步形成汽车零部件生产基地,汽车产业集群优势初步显现,并拥有汽车产业发展的良好环境。但是,仍然存在跨行业缺乏统一协调、企业缺乏规模、资金投入不足、人才与低成本竞争模式的制约等问题。因此,应加强宏观协调与指导,构建"政产学研"合作研发体系,积极推进资源整合,重视人才队伍的建设,优化产业链结构,打造汽车整车和关键部件生产基地等,以推动惠州汽车产业的健康可持续发展。

At present,Huizhou city is preliminary forming a auto parts production base,showing the advantage of automobile industry cluster,and having a favorable environment for the development of automobile industry.However,there still exist some problems like,lack of coordination among multi-industry,small size of enterprise,inadequate capital throws,lack of talent and low cost competitive pattern.The argument of this article is to focuse on strengthening macroscopic coordination and guidance,constructing the cooperative R D system of ＂ politics-production-study-research＂,actively promoting the integration of resources,talent team construction,optimizing industrial chain structure,building up vehicles and key parts production base,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Huizhou automobile industry.
