以价值体理论为视角透视欧债危机

On the European Debt Crisis from the Perspective of the Value Independent Entity Theory

欧债危机的本质是低经济增长与高社会福利及外延式经济增长方式所造成的支付危机。解决此次欧债危机,必须运用价值体理论降低宏观税负,提高经济增长率,增强还债能力;量入为出,建立与经济实力相适应的社会福利制度;降低服务业在GDP中的比重,促进价值体的均衡发展,从而减少贸易赤字。

The essence of the European Debt Crisis is the payment crisis caused by the low economic increase,high social welfare and the extension mode of economic growth.In order to solve the crisis,it is necessary to reduce macro tax burden,enhance economic growth,improve solvency,to create a social welfare system adapting to economic strength and cut welfare expense to make ends meet,to lower the service industry density in GDP（Gross Domestic Product）,promoting the balanced development of value independent entity to bring the trade deficit down.
