The Measurement and Influencing Factors of Market Integration in Pearl River Delta

通过测度和分析珠三角地区1996-2010年间市场一体化的演变轨迹、特征和影响因素,结果显示:20世纪90年代以来,珠三角地区市场一体化程度不断提高,但各地级市之间仍存在差异,尤其是西岸的珠江经济圈一体化程度低于中部广佛肇经济圈;基础设施、经济发展水平和对外开放是导致各地级市之间市场一体化程度差异的重要因素。

The paper measures and analyzes the evolvement,characteristics and influence factor of market integration in Pearl River Delta area（PRD） from the year 1996 to 2010.The results show that market integration in PRD has dramatically and continually improved since 1990s,but differences still exist between cities,especially the market the wost bank of Zhujiang of economic zone is less integrated than the middle part economic circle of Guangzhou,Foshan and Zhaoqing;infrastructure,the level of economic development and opening to the outside world are important factors that lead to market integration differences between cities.
