农村教师专业发展阻抗因素分析——基于粤西地区农村中小学教师的调查

An Investigation on the Restricting Factors of Teachers' Professional——Development in the west Rural Areas of Guangdong Province

了解教师专业发展的阻抗因素对有效促进教师专业发展具有重要意义。本研究对粤西地区农村教师专业发展阻抗因素进行了调查,结果表明,农村教师的专业发展存在着支撑性因素、保障性因素、技术性因素、动机性因素等的缺失。需要有针对性地从环境改善、制度建设、专业引领、动机激发等方面来促进教师的专业发展。

It is significant to understand the restricting factors of teachers＇ professional development for advancing teachers＇ professional development.The study investigats the restricting factors of teachers＇ professional development in the west rural areas of Guangdong province.Results show that there are a lot of insufficiencies of sustaining factors,ensuring factors,technical factors,motiving factors in rural teachers＇ professional developing.The suggestion is to advance the teachers＇ professional development by improving social conditions,constructing systems,leading professional development,and inspiring individual motivity.
