成都地区孕产妇孕期健康知识获取状况与相关信息调查

Investigation of Status About Pregnant Women'Gaining Gestation Period Health Knowledge and The Relevant Information from Chengdu Area

目的为了切实了解成都地区孕产妇接受孕期健康知识的习得途径及需求,从而为寻求获得健康知识的有效手段提供依据。方法选取695位在区域机构内分娩后在院的产妇,进行自填式问卷调查。结果区域内的孕产妇受教育程度及经济条件均不太高;接受健康教育率不高;更愿意接受放录象、讲座、操作示范、小班课、一对一指导;上课交费的人数随收费的增加而递减,希望从医院方获得课程通知。结论这在今后的工作中需要下大功夫;病人的从医性很高,应加强随诊指导、宣传;提供多种形式的健康教育服务,增强趣味性、互动性;对接受小班课、一对一指导与费用收取上存在的矛盾,值得进一步探讨。

Objective Truly understand the ways and demands of pregnancy health knowledge acquisition of maternal in Chengdu area,so as to provide the basis for the seeking the effective means for health knowledge.Methods Implement a questionnaire which aimed at 695 puerpera in area hospital.Results Neither the education level nor the income level is high in relative area;the proportion population of receiving the health knowledge training is not high;More willing to accept video,lectures,operation demonstration,small classes,one to one guidance;the number of people participant the course is in inverse proportion to course fee;Wish to get notification from hospital.Conclution It acquires big effort in this task in the future;the patients＇ compliance is very high,we should strengthen the follow-up guidance and propaganda;provide various forms of health education services,focus to increase the interest and interactivity;it deserves further investigations on paradox of small class、one-on-one instructinon and the fee.
