TAT-N24对乳腺癌细胞迁移的影响及其机制

摘要 目的观察融合多肽TAT-N24对乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231迁移的影响。方法用纯化的融合多肽TAT-N24处理MDA-MB-231细胞,通过细胞迁移实验检测其对细胞迁移能力的影响,明胶酶谱实验观察其对肿瘤转移相关基因MMP9和uPA表达的影响。结果经TAT-N24处理的MDA-MB-231细胞,其迁移能力明显低于对照组细胞;TAT-N24明显抑制MDA-MB-231细胞中活化型MMP9的表达,但对uPA的表达没有影响。结论融合多肽TAT-N24抑制乳腺癌细胞的运动迁移能力,抑制活化型MMP9的表达可能是其作用的分子机制。
