摘要
果树在生产过程中经常遭受不同程度的低温伤害,严重影响了果树的正常生长甚至导致树体死亡。该文综述了果树的组织含水量、细胞质膜透性、抗氧化防御系统、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸等与抗寒性的关系研究进展。
China fruit trees in the production process often suffer from various low temperatures in a degree, which seriously affect normal growth of fruit trees, so far as to result in tree death. The present paper summarized the research advances in the relationship between tissue water content, cell membrane permeability, antioxidant defensive system, soluble sugar, sol- uble protein, or proline and cold resistance.
