摘要
沙棘的果实含有丰富的营养物质和生物活性成分,可广泛应用于食品、医药、轻工等产品加工中。该文简述了沙棘的主要经济价值和社会价值,并介绍了几种沙棘产品加工技术,以及沙棘产品的开发利用状况。
The seabuckthorn fruit rich in nutrients and bioactive components, it can be widely used in food, medicine, light industry etc. processing. This paper introduces the major economic and social values of seabuckthorn, and introdueed several seabackthorn processed products, and development of seabuckthorn products utilization.
