二滩水电站机电项目的机电设备供货来源于国内外近百个厂家 ,合同管理以及设备储运管理头绪繁杂、工作面宽。使用传统的手工管理难以适应工程进度的要求。为此 ,该电站自行研制开发了“二滩水电开发有限责任公司机电项目管理信息系统”。系统采用Foxpro2 5编制 ,分为项目管理和公共查询两大模块。该系统的研制开发促进了该电站机电项目管理工作的规范化、科学化。系统投入使用后 ,在机电项目供货动态。

The electrical and mechanical equipment of the Ertan Hydropower Station is supplied by several dozens of the manufacturers at home and abroad. The contract management and the equipment storage and transportation management are very complex. The traditional management method could not meet the requirements the project construction progress. For this reason, the management information system of electrical and mechanical items of Ertan Hydropower Development Limited Company has been developed. This system is programmed by using Foxpro 2.5 and is divided into two modules of project management and public inquiry. The development of this system promotes the management work of electrical and mechanical items of the Station more compliant to standard and science. This system was put into use in 1997. It has played an important role for the construction of Ertan Hydropower Station in the aspects such as goods supply situation, storage, transportation and transfer, drawing management of electrical and mechanical items, etc.
