摘要
针对用户提出的短路保护不动作问题,对综保短路电流的整定原则、不同截面电缆保护距离的参数要求进行了验证和计算分析。结果表明:随意延长和使用不同截面电缆进行串接是造成两相短路时电流减小、短路保护失效的主要原因。只有按技术要求安装、使用综保,严格规范127V供电保护系统管理,才能保证短路保护动作可靠,避免电气事故,保障煤矿安全生产。
For the problem of the short-circuit protection's failure proposed by the user,this article tests and verifies the parameters requirement according to the tuning principles of short-circuit protection and the protection distances of different cross-section cable.It points out that the main cause of the short-circuit protection's failure is to connect different cross-section cables in series.Only by installing and using the comprehensive security equipment correctly can we ensure the short circuit protection to work well,avoid electrical accidents,guarantee the safety of coal mine production.
