德国职业教育模式对我国高等职业教育的启示

Discussion German Vocational Education Model for Inspiring Chinese Higher Vocational Education

目前我国高等职业教育办学特色和师资队伍方面存在问题,通过对我国高职教育现状和存在问题的分析以及对德国职业教育新举措的介绍,提出几点建议,即:以法立教;建立完整的职业教育体系和加强师资队伍建设。

Germany＇s great economic power in the world is inseparably related to its well-developed Vocational Education which trained large number of applicable talents and made a great contribution to Germany＇s economic development.Although Higher Vocational Education in China in recent years made great progress,however there are still some problems.We should learn and adapt the successful experiences of germany＇s Vocational Education system by combining with our national situations,and take active measures to overcome the current difficulties and solve contradictions to make China＇s Higher Vocational Education to go on the track of healthy development,
