大学生就业心理问题及其优化

近几年,随着我国市场经济的发展、高校扩招等多种因素使得我国高校毕业生的数量急剧增加,在当前如此严峻的就业形势下,引发大学生就业心理的问题也日益增多。文章采用问卷调查的方法,对当前大学生的就业心理进行了比较深入细致的调查和分析,进而提出了优化他们就业心理的策略。

In recent years,the number of college students has been increasing rapidly with the development of marketing economy and the expansion of university＇s enrollment in China.This severe employment situation has caused more and more psychological problems of college students.In this essay,the author conducts a in-depth and detailed investigation and analysis into their employment psychological problems and then puts forward some strategies for optimizing their employment psychology.
