摘要
马钢110t电炉工程中的22根特大型钢吊车梁制作是马鞍山地区迄今为止最大的钢吊车梁,其体重外形尺寸庞大、工艺复杂、质量要求高,制作难度性不言而喻。施工中结合以往成功经验、作法对此吊车梁的制作工艺及质量控制,认真进行研究分析并釆取相应的对策,从而为其成功实施起到关键性作用。
The manufacturing of the 22 extra-large H-beamed crane of Masteel 110t electric stove project is by far the biggest one in the Maanshan history.It has dimensions huge,complex process,and requires high quality.So the difficulty of manufacturing is obvious.The application of past successful experience,teh control of production technology and quality,the analysis of construction details,are play a key role in the successful construction.
