在这个张扬个性的时代,教学实践环节呈现出较强的个性化特点。个性化导致了实习的分散性,增加了实习指导工作的难度,传统指导方式面临挑战。结合我国网络发展现状及网络的特征,探讨建立网络实习指导模式的可行性,旨在为网络时期的实习指导工作提供新思路。

In the personality-advocated era,teaching practice is characteristic of individuality,which leads to the dispersion of internship and intensifies the difficulty of practice guidance work.Thus traditional guidance ways face a challenge.Based on the present situation of the development of the network and the network characteristics,this paper discusses the feasibility of the construction of network teaching practice guidance models with a view to providing a new idea for practice guidance work.
