On Art Postgraduate Class Advisers' Work in the New Period

艺术类研究生招生规模的扩大是我国艺术学学科发展的重要标志之一。在高校艺术院系中,研究生培养方案个性化明显,但研究生规模性管理的理念与方法仍未成熟,需要从研究生教育管理的最基本层面——班主任工作抓起。这就要求研究生班主任既要明了新时期研究生的特点,摆正管理者的身份和角色;又要坚持大众化教育阶段多样化的管理观,务实灵活地开展工作。只有这样,才能探索出符合新时期艺术类研究生班主任工作的新路子。

The expansion of art postgraduates＇ enrollment scale is one of the important symbols for the development of art in China.In Art College and Department in high school,the training program for postgraduates has an obvious individuation.However,the concepts and methods in large-scale management are still premature.Therefore,training on postgraduates needs to start with the basic level of education management—— tamping class advisers＇ work.This requests class advisers not only to understand the characteristics of the postgraduates in the new period entirely and adjust the position of a manager,but also to stick to the diversified management view at the popularized educational stage and work both pragmatically and flexibly.Only in this way can we explore a new method which fits for the postgraduate class advisers＇ work in the new period.
