时滞不确定系统的支持向量机滑模控制

摘要 针对一类具有不确定性参数和状态时滞的系统,利用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法设计了滑模控制器,并且针对系统的不确定性,引入支持向量机(SVM)对其进行在线学习,获得不确定性部分的上界值,保证了系统的稳定性与鲁棒性,有效地降低了滑模控制固有的抖振现象,改善了系统的控制品质。仿真研究表明了此方法的可行性与有效性。 The sliding mode controller for a class of uncertain systems with the state time-delay is designed in this paper.It uses the linear matrix inequality(LMI)method to design the sliding mode controller,and brings in support vector machine(SVM)to study the uncertainty of the system online,and then the upper bound of the uncertainty part can be got.Such method can ensure the stability and robustness of the system,reduce the inherent chattering of sliding mode control and improve the control quality of the system.Simulation results prove the efficiency and feasibility of this method.
