国际上稀释氧化亚氮吸入镇痛作为临床有创医疗操作中,为短期镇痛所采用的有效方法之一。国内近年来主要将其用于妇科、牙科和腔镜检查的镇痛镇静。为了正确的使用稀释氧化亚氮速效镇痛技术,现综述预先配制的稀释氧化亚氮镇痛作用机制、安全性及其有关临床实践指南,为临床使用该技术提供理论依据和实践指南。

The diluted nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia was one of effective methods used for short-term analgesic in clinical invasive medical procedures in international.In recent years,it was mainly used for analgesic sedation in gynecological department,dental department and endoscopy in China.In order to use the diluted nitrous oxide available pain management techniques correctly,it reviewed the mechanism of analgesia action,security and related clinical practice guidelines of pre-prepared diluted nitrous oxide,so as to provide theoretical evidences and practical guidelines for the clinical use of the technology.
